Juicy and delicious, this Pinot Noir exhibits the clarity and focus for which Carneros and the Russian River Valley is renowned. The initial aromas are of delicate floral notes and wild strawberries. The palate is similarly endowed flavor-wise and the body of the wine is silky and smooth. The finish has added notes of spice from the judicious use of French oak. It all adds up to a wine with a strong sense of place.
