The combination of the two distinct clones being fermented in both new and re-toasted oak along with the wine kept in stainless delivers a complex flavor profile. The Clone 1 provides the traditional profile of citrus and lends the high acidity. Because of the cool growing conditions and lower yields, there is no aromatic of grass or cut hay. The Sauvignon Musque provides depth of fruit and shows in the range of pear, fig and apricot and adds a warm tropical profile. The complexity is balanced by the presence of bright acidity which is essential is keeping the lushness in balance and proportion.
Our 2008 Sauvignon Blanc will make an ideal aperitif wine and a great companion to a myriad of food pairings including fresh or grilled fish and seafood, particularly oysters, crab, and lobster along with grilled or broiled chicken dishes and a wide range of cheeses.

Please send your wine to a home or business address where an individual at least 21 years of age is available during regular business hours to sign. By law all alcohol orders require an adult signature for delivery. UPS or Fedex will make up to 3 delivery attempts.
Ground Shipping
Depending upon your state, delivery is 3-14 business days. All custom labeled wine orders are hand-labeled and typically take up to two to three business days to process from the date the order was placed.
