Born on the rocky slopes of Napa's Atlas Peak, this 2007 Cabernet Sauvignon is reflective of the ruggedness and raw beauty of that landscape. This wine is powerfully structured, with a core of ripe fruit which expresses itself as flavors of blackberry jam and cassis. It's 28 months of aging in French Oak barrels lends underlying notes of nutmeg and vanilla spice. The wine's tannin structure, while quite massive, is approachable early on due to the density and ripeness of the fruit. This wine was bottled unfined and unfiltered, to let the true character of the vineyard come through in the finished wine. While it shows its youthful charm now, the wine will only improve by gaining complexity over the next 5 to 30 years.

Adult Signature Required
Please send your wine to a home or business address where an individual at least 21 years of age is available during regular business hours to sign. By law all alcohol orders require an adult signature for delivery. UPS or Fedex will make up to 3 delivery attempts.
Ground Shipping
Depending upon your state, delivery is 3-14 business days. All custom labeled wine orders are hand-labeled and typically take up to two to three business days to process from the date the order was placed.
