A proprietary blend Kosher wine from Napa Valley, Red C serves up a fine blend of blackberry, black cherry, herb and subtle smoke. The wine is medium-bodied and supple upon release.

Red C wine is certified kosher by the OU and Kehilla Kosher. It is not mevushal. Unlike many kosher wines, Red C is not heated or flash pasteurized. It is made in the same manner as wine would be made were it not kosher. The entire cellar crew is Sabbath observant, allowing Red C to maintain its kosher designation.
