Savor’s Wine Country Magazine's "North of the Gate" Wine Competition
April 2005

Following are the results of this year's Savor Wine Country Magazine's "North of the Gate" Wine Competition held late April 2005, at the Sonoma-Marin Fairgrounds in Petaluma, California. The competition is open to all commercial wines made with grapes grown in Sonoma, Napa, Mendocino, Lake, Marin, Humboldt and Solano counties. The panels of judges are from throughout the wine industry, retail wine buyers, winemakers, wine media, and wine educators. Wines are judged in a professional blind judging environment.
