San Diego International Wine Competition

Following are the results of this year's San Diego International Wine Competition held April 14-15, 2007, at the Westgate Hotel, San Diego, California. The San Diego International Wine Competition is the longest-running and most successful wine competition in the United States. Wine entries were submitted to the competition from all over the world. Professional wine judges from across the United States gathered in San Diego including winemakers, vintners, industry insiders, food and wine professionals and wine media. Judges were carefully selected for their willingness to open their minds to the broad range of acceptable wine styles produced across the globe and that many of the wines presented are youthful and yielding mere hints of what they will become with additional bottle age.
We entered 21 wines and received 17 medals; a 80.95% take (9-Silver and 8-Bronze Medals).
