About Sonoma County
This Cabernet is from select vineyards in the Russian River area of Sonoma County where the river winds its way inland. This region is blessed with moderate climate extremes and mild, Mediterranean conditions. Warm, sunny days and cool, foggy nights allow for slow, even maturation, optimal flavor development and ideal sugar to acid balance. The Sonoma County Appellation has an overall ideal combination of weather, temperature, fog and rainfall which allow for quintessential grape growing conditions.
