On the nose, the classic, seductive fragrance of honey tells you it's Chenin Blanc. As it opens, it develops into notes of fresh peaches, melon, orange blossoms and pear. Light, clean and citrusy on the palate it shows flavors of white peach, honeysuckle, fresh pear, ginger and orange spice, all with a delightful underpinning of honey. The 2017 California vintage was one of the shortest harvests on record in California wine country. Unusually warm temperatures in the beginning of 2017 resulted in early bud break and harvest.
