Flavor Profile

Beautiful aromatics with hints of honeysuckle, gardenia, lychee and warm vanilla bean. Supple mouthfeel with appropriate acidity. On the palate, meyer lemon, bartlet pear and golden delicious apple. Succulent and lingering finish with layers of fruit and white flowers.

California’s 2021 vintage began with a warmer and milder season. Over the summer, wine country saw beautiful warm days with many cool foggy evenings. June and July were generally milder without experiencing extended heat spikes or long duration heat events. This contributed to amazing ripeness and greater layers of flavors without excess or exaggerated sugar levels.
