Enticing floral aromas of violets lead to concentrated fruit flavors of wild strawberry and cherry. This 2016 Pinot Noir is savory and earthy with a nice, soft texture. Tannins are present and the mouthfeel is very well-rounded.

(2) 2016 Windsor Cabernet Sauvignon, North Coast, Private Reserve, 750ml
This powerful, coastal-influenced Cabernet is laced with aromatics of ripe black cherry, creamy vanilla, spice and brown sugar. Substantial on the palate with hardy tannins and interwoven flavors of brambly fruit, cherry and a touch of roasted butterscotch. A customer favorite, this Cabernet is full bodied, finishing with level tannins and notes of clove, vanilla and cedar.

Merlot is one versatile varietal that grows well all over California. We've sourced our Merlot from prized vineyards, creating a stunning blend that is both fruit-forward and complex. Mellow tannins are complimented by tea leaf earthiness. Juicy fruit flavors of plum, black cherry and ripe blackberry are accented by a finish laced with cocoa and a hint of vanilla from oak aging.

Tropical aromas combine with vanilla crème, and toasted butterscotch. Creamy and rich, with bright vibrant fruit consisting of juicy pear, honey crisp apple and soft guava. This Chardonnay ends with a long smooth finish.
